Anekant Estates offers Private Co-Ownership, enabling multiple investors to co-own premium real estate assets. This model makes high-value properties accessible at a fraction of the cost while ensuring transparency and long-term wealth creation.
2. How can one invest in Private Co-Ownership ?
Investment is by invitation only. Investors can participate by owning shares in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) or via direct ownership of land or property. For direct ownership, investors formalize their participation through a joint agreement with Anekant Estates, empowering our team to oversee acquisition, management, and strategic exit.
3. How do you earn ?
At Anekant Estates, your returns come from capital appreciation and rental income generated by the co-owned property. What makes it unique is our co-investment model — we invest alongside you in every project, ensuring our interests are perfectly aligned.
